blood sugar.?
Question:
Answers:
To be more sure about blood sugar you should take test twice - i.e., first on empty stomach - without eating / drinking - in the morning (blood sugar - fasting) and again within 1 1/2hrs to 2 hrs after taking food (blood sugar - post prandial). The normal range is 80 - 120 for fasting and 100 - 140 on post prandial.
For anything more or less than these levels pls consult ur doc immediately. All the best.

Normal blood sugar is between 70 and 120. Your is just right
The normal range for some doctors is 60 to 120 and other is 70 to 140. So yes, that is a good blood sugar. The normal range for a fasting glucose (sugar level in your blood) is 60 -109 mg/dl.
89 is excellent anywhere between 80 and 105 is good higher or lower you would want to get checked more often. i am diabetic and would love it if my sugars were that level.
As mentioned above, your blood sugar is within the normal range. A person with diabetes can be either low or high. Type 2 diabetics (like myslef) run high without medication. Its called hyperglycemia. I once had a blood sugar of 530 and I've seen much higher. Type 1 diabetics can run low and experience hypoglycemia, which is extremely dangerous.
