Answers:
There are several options. For me I am able to control it by wearing supportive shoes every so often after wearing sandals or flip flops. I do also have shoe inserts that were made for me by my podiatrist. These can be expensive but he recommended a brand called Spenko's I belive and you can by them at walmart or something. I also recommend stretching your feet before getting up after sitting for a while. Mine are genreall worse in the mornings. Just flex your toes up and down. It hurts like heck but it will help to loosen that muscle up. I know that my doctor had also mentioned a possible surgery but I can deal with my pain level now. Good luck!

plantar fascitis.

local injections ( into the sole of the foot) of high potency steroids can keep you symptom free for up to a month.

you should also consider weught reduction , that is very important .
also wear special shoes (flat) and ask for physiotherapy. Is that a doctor's diagnosis? You might have Morton's neuromas on your feet, and they are very painful, but can be repaired by an operation

For that matter, plantar fascitis can be helped if you follow the physical therapist's directions.
