I have understood that so-called "nervous habits" are the result of insufficent B Complex in the system?

Question:
A shaking of the foot, or the leg, or swaying back and forth--what people usually put down to "a nervous habit", I understand, is due to a lack of B Complex in the system. I have understood that just as the covering on an electrical wire protects the wire, our nerves also have a protective shaft surrounding them which protect them; and that, when there is insufficient B Complex to form that protective shaft, the result is that the person has these so-called "nervous habits", which use up so much energy, that the person is chronically tired . I, myself, had this "nervous habit" until I heard/read this somewhere many years ago, and began taking B Complex. I ceased these "nervous habits", and gained in energy and have no longer been chronically tired. Also; I think it might be a way of calming oneself; perhaps, learned from a stressful childhood. My roomie, who does this, doubts me, so we decided to ask you! So, go at it!
