How old are you? You just now heard of this? Ahhh it's called suicide, it's in lots of movies. Both. See that vein through your skin that runs from wrist to elbow? It is that one. And, you don't want to cut it from wrist to elbow. It doesn't have enough time to clot to save you. AKA, don't ask for advice on suicide.

It's on the same hand you use to satisfy yourself. In your case..both or either. Whichever you prefer.

As much as I would like to correct you (because you are so wrong!), I will not. If your looking for information on how to "kill" yourself, it's time to go see or call a counselor/psychologist/psychia. counselor/close friend/family member.
