A wheat bag? Try Boots.

you can make your own. Throw some dry corn kernals into a cloth bag and sew it up. When I had a shoulder/neck injury I used a wheat bag - heats up in the microwave but its filled with wheat (how did you guess) and lavender. Very soothing and eased the pain. they are available from most chemists/drugstores (depending where you are) and cost about £6. Hope this helps.

My kids made their own in school. Take a clean tube sock and a bag of rice and there you are. Just pour the rice into the sock and sew up the end. you only have to microwave it for about 30-45 seconds and it heats up wonderfully and stays warm for quite a while

You might think of making your own heating pad if you need it right now. Take a small towel like a dish towel and wet it under the sink. Squeeze out the access water and put the towel in the microwave for about a minute. Be careful because it will be really hot. Put the towel inside of a ziplock bag. If it is too hot at first cover it with another towel. It stays hot for a long time and i think it works better than any heating pad ive ever used. When it cools off all the way you can just put it back in the microwave. It doesnt take as long as a heating pad does and its cheaper than what your looking for im sure.
