Arthritis or Getting Old?

Question:
Well I have served in Iraq and served as infantry for 3 years in Army at same time I use to race bicycles now I am 25 yrs old and been out military since I was 23 and ever since then when I walk over certain time or distance like inside store or at work there is burining painful where my femur bone meets the hip sometimes in right leg sometimes in left and I feel it when I walk on it. I am only 25 is that age or arthritis from jumping walls and running down streets of Iraq with 150 lbs of extra weight.

Answers:
It's from the weight wearing down the pad that cushions the bone. It's a liner in your body, a built in cushion between the two bones. The weight that you carried in the Army has thinned the liner. You can't let yourself get heavy or use backpacks or carry any excess weight. (An example is to look at your sandals after wearing them for a year. The padding on the sandal does the same thing as this cushion in your bones. It gets really thin after the weight of walking on them over and over.) If you quit putting any excess weight on your bones, it will relieve the pressure so it won't destroy that joint. Also, be sure you report it to the armed forces. You'll have a medical claim later on as you get older, should this condition flare up again later on in life.
Could be spinal stenosis. Does it get worse when you stand or walk and get better when you lean forward or sit?
