Please HELP?

Question: I have little wounds on my lips and they are sore for quite a long time.I know that these are not pathogenic.I want my lips back :(
Sometimes I pick and bite them and make these small wounds bleed.So tired of that.
Which pomade would you recommend me if you have had the same problem before?
P.S.I smoke maybe that's the cause of irritation.
Please name me the pomades that worked best on your lips.

This may be a case to see a doctor about. As an RN student, I have seen a lot of things at hospitals, and in surgeries. Since you said something about smoking, my first thought was it could be some type of mouth cancer. Not to scare you but that is a reality of smoking. Please check with a doctor. Hopefully, it will just be cold sores. But they usually go away within 2 weeks or so. I hope all will go well. Do a little internet research on your symptoms.
