obviously you should see the doc

It's probably a blackhead. Make sure you clean your ears well when you get in the shower to prevent sores or bumps.
It doesn't sound like an ear infection at all but if you are concerned you should go see your doctor. It sounds more like a little ear pimple or something but I could be wrong. It couldn't hurt to go to the doctors and get it checked out. Good Luck!
Does not sound like an ear infection.

Could be a fungal infection of the skin.

Plan1=Try lotrimin on it for a while.
Plan2=Just Go to doctor.
you need 2 go see a ear doctor soon might b a problem there
All of your guesses are plausible. You can try giving it a few days to see if it gets worse or go away if you are hesitant about going to the doctor - but this is a perfectly reasonable thing to see your doctor for.

Try cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide for a few days in the morning and before you go to bed at night.
It's probably not an ear infection, you can't see or feel an ear infection
It's probably just a pimple, if you are worried, go to your doctor
are you a swimmer? If you pull your ear lobe down does it hurt. You could try putting rubbing alchol into your ear - that will clean the area from infection and wil also dry out any water . I f it persists then go to the doctor because if it is an infection you could damage your ear drum and that is really painful

mother of many and swimmer
go to an ear nose and throat doctor. They can look inside and tell you what it is and take care of it.
It seems as though you may have some fluid in your ear which causes itching. It can also be infected since you have pain. Go see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis. In the mean time, take motrin for pain & antihistimine for the fluid. To relieve the pain until you see a doctor, warm some regular oil and add a couple of drops to the infected ear. Good luck & feel better. :)

HI for one thing you girlfriend isnt a nose throat doctor it could be something serious I would advise you to go see a specialist he will tell you what the problem is.

I had the same thing and ending up getting tubes in my ears.
It sounds like "swimmers ear", and NO, you don't have to be a swimmer to get it. It is an infection in the outer ear, between the outside of the ear up to the eardrum characterized by soreness, iching and pain. You can try over the counter drops a pharmacist can recommend. OR.since there is a lump, go to your doctor (it doesn't have to be the specialist) and the doctor can recommend the best course of treament.
even though it hurts u should try getting it out
go to the dr
