Suggestions on how to clear up acne fast!?
Question:
Answers:
Try a light facial soap like dermacil.or the clear bar facial soaps and wash in the mornings and at night. After you wash face and it is nearly dry apply regular hydrogen peroxide. After about three days the stuff does miracles. Use it once daily for preventative purposes. It can change the color of skin just after.but the color goes back to normal within a half hour.
Other Answers:
use toner or spot treatment!!
this may sound dumb but toothpaste works really well. i used it all the time and it really works Reduce or remove Coke and other sugary drinks from your diet, decrease the intake of chocolate and other high oil foods like fried foods, decrease the amount of iodine intake from seafood and sea vegetables, wash your face thoroughly with plain soap such as Ivory, Nutrogena or Dr. Bonner's, start eating a better balanced diet consisting mostly of vegetables with no junk food, whipe down the acne with rubbing alcohol on a sterile cotton ball. If you are looking for extremely fast results, Clinique's exfoliating lotion (Clarifying Lotion # 5) used to clear up acne within 24 hours, but as they have added propylene glycol it may cause you to break out. This is also true of Noxema skin cream, which has unfortunately also added propylene glycol. Avoid benzoyl peroxide--it causes cancer. And I have had some success with Vick's Vaporub, but not near the eyes!
A sun tan, while not a terribly healthy idea, will dry your face enough to temporarily clear mild acne. For casual, spot-on removal, I use a tiny dab of toothpaste. (Not the gel variety; actual paste.)
