What does the label say? Since they are prescription ear drops, the label should have directions printed on it. Never exceed the prescribed dose. If the label doesn't say, call the prescribing physician or the pharmacist and ask them.
Talk to your pharmacist. You can also put your blow dryer on low a few inches away from you ear and keep it there for about 30 seconds it will dry out the ear and keep you from getting swimmers ear
Use what the prescription says. If yo have a question call your doctor or the pharmacist.

They are prescription, follow the prescription please.

I have seen these but never needed them. Nothing works better than putting your head down on the pillow, full ear down, and taking a little nap. I have had both ears full, but yawning usually takes care of at least one ear, so you can rest on the other.
