Question:
whats the effects

Answers:
It is really not good for you - you may develop cirrhosis, liver cancer, and just an endless list of problems other than the mental ones this is having on you - you must have asked this cause you feel that you drink too much and maybe you want to stop. I think you should look into it. I am sorry to say that you sound like an alcoholic - someone that needs alcohol to get by - you depend on it and that makes you one..

If you are ready to admit that you are powerless over your addiction and want support from people who feel the same, maybe you can try AA - there is no better way to SEE and hear the effects people have had and that they live with.

You are still so young and have your whole life ahead of you - it is time to change - you can change.. you don't need alcohol in your life.. It is a disease - so don' t blame yourself but please go to the link below and look at the questions about being an alcoholic and think about starting a new life - a sober one.. you are missing life because of this and you know any fun that you once had has been over for a while and now it is just some need that you have - you probably don't even enjoy it anymore - stop - while it is not too late...

Maybe you should try to see a counselor to find out what it is that is causing you to drink so much - are you stuffing your feelings, do you hang onto resentments, stress - are you angry most of the time - suffered from something in the past -- something is making you feel like you need to escape your feelings - make yourself numb to life - and you have to find out what that is cause it will destroy you and you can't hide in the bottom of a bottle -

I wish you recovery and all of the best..
cirrhosis of the liver around 30-35
