I dont get sound sleep in the night for last one year..itried every remedy.Can any one help me..?

probably you are under stress or depressed or maybe you have problems ( which you thinks it is small matter but it is always in your mind ..maybe?) because it happens to me before as well.. maybe what you can do is to get some therapy - the therapy only involves talking where you just express what ever you have in mind or inside your heart and then you'll feel relief and a lot better! :) or maybe talk to someone you trust the most - a shoulder to cry on maybe? the best is to pray and be calm.pray for happiness and for good health. OH ya! one more thing..I've read somewhere before. this article saying that sex can makes one feel relief and relax therefore, you would get better sleep! hmm.maybe that would be a good one too!

Funny, It's about time a doctor admits a need for natural cure, Ok 3 things
1. turn off all of your lights and turn on your television, make sure that your eyes are looking up at the screen do this right about a half an hour before sleep and you'll notice it working
2. Eat nothing 3 hours before sleep and then drink a glass of milk
3. Try to break a sweat working hard at something right before bed time and make sure that you at least eat a LITTLE something to "Don't be a pig or you'll become one fast"
Now have a good sleep!
I've noticed that if a person has multiple stressors in their life this will certainly take a toll on your sleep patterns, but if you can try to eliminate or cope with them as best you can, or simply brush them off your shoulders or at best just letting them go, will help you a lot! remember, life is very short, enjoy it, and know that your body must have rest for proper daily functioning.
