the reason i ask is because we were kissing and messing about and he didnt have any condom with him and i was sitting down while he was fingering me then he press himself against me but we didnt have sex so i was wondering can u still get pregant if his penis didnt go inside me please help

The only way that you could have gotten pregnant was if he he ejaculated near, in or on your vagina. If he did that, then yes you could possibly get pregnant, if not, then no you can't.
