Anyone every had spells of extreme weakness / fatigue that suddenly hit, last a short period then just go away

Question:
Blood tests, EKGs, emergency room visits and multiple doctors can not figure out the problem. It just seems to suddenly hit - lasts 15 minutes to 3 hours or so then slowly just goes away. Blood pressure is fine, heart rate is fine, blood sugar level is fine, blood work seems fine but just totally exhausted with no energy at all.

Answers:
my mom had those symptoms when she has her lupus flares (SLE systemic erythematosus lupus)
she usually gets really really tired in the afternoon or when shes really stressed,
have your blood tested for antinuclear bodies because this is an autoimmune disease.
but then again you just might be stressed, or pregnant, see a doctor, ask for 2nd opinion, check your diet, environment too is a factor.

Other Answers:
tell your doctor to examine you for vertigo. a friend was just diagnosed with exactly what you describe.
no
Overwhelmed, or not eating the right foods. Maybe you don't eat enough. Stress can cause a person to feel that way.
