Can anyone help me out?

Question:
I am sick and wondering what it is. I am coughing up yellowish-greenish mucus but that is improving. I have pain when I swallow and a sore throat. Both my ears are clogged and hurt a little bit. When I blow my nose it comes out yellow but that is improving. I have no appetite and am just out of it. Also, my eye was red yesterday but that is improving. I am just wondering if I should see a doctor or if there is anything OTC that can help me out. Thanks in advance.

Answers:
It sounds like you have a good case of (URI) Upper Respiratory Infection.

You may very well need antibiotics to clear it up so I highly suggest that you see your doctor

Other Answers:
Just a bad cold. Take some Nyquil before you go to bed tonight.
If you are coughing up colored gunk then you need to see a doctor to get some antibiotics.
no
yes see a doctor at first an infection may look like its getting better but its not. You may have a sinus infection that has traveled to your lungs. I had the same symptoms. I did take sudafed or dayquil, Clartin but I never felt entirely clear.
See a doctor, it sounds like a sinus infection on top of a bad cold or bronchitis. You need some antibiotics. In the meanwhile, OTC decongestant like sudafed should make you feel better. Make sure you read the warning label. Not to be taken if you have certain other medical conditions.
Josh, had the same symptoms two months ago. I went to the doctors.it turned out to be a sinus infection, but your sinuses drain to your ears and throat which can also become infected (as mine did) sounds like you need antibiotics.
Sounds like you have the flu, just to make sure go and see the doc.
