My daughter ,6 yrs. has started bedwetting recently . Any remedies?

Question:

Answers:
I was told by my daughter's pediatrician that bed wetting can by a sign of several different things. The doctor always asked if something could be upsetting my child, or if possibly she fell? But turned out, she had a blockage from a kidney stone - and had to be catheterized at the radiologist's to find it. She still has kidney stones, and is 11 yrs old now. Please call her doctor and get an appointment.

Other Answers:
Nothing to drink after 6pm. Get her up to go to the john before you retire.
Is she upset about something?
Kids at that age usually dont just begin bed wetting, there is probley something going on.
If she has recently taken a fall from for example a bike. Her lower back may be out of wack.Which could be pinching the nerve that controls her badder.Have you ever considered taking her to a chiropractor. This happened to my daughter when she was young and a chiropractor adjusted her and she stopped wetting the bed.
Usually by this age bedwetting is an emotional problem unless doctor says otherwise. I would cut down on drinks after five pm and ask her is anything has happened to her, etc. Good luck.
