Especially since it's in an akward spot, where you'll constantly irritating it with sitting, sleeping, putting on clothes, clothes rubbing/irritating it. Showers with soap constantly irritating the piercing.
Wait at least 3 weeks before doing anything sexual, to keep the piercing clean, and to keep stress off your stomach. A piercing should be treated with extreme care, to make sure infection, or keiloids don't form around the piercing.
Wait until the initial stages of healing have copleted before doing anything aerobic, or sexual!
