hangover is the bodies reaction to shock dehydration. alcohol replaces the water in your blood stream.
this causes the muscles to ache because they are not getting water (including the brain).

to cure a hangover before you go to bed drink a 16-24 oz bottle of water. put another bottle of water and/or gatoride/poweraide next to the bed to chug as soon as you wake up. if you wake up to pee during the night get a drink of water or juice before going back to bed each time.

in the morning take 2 tylenol & chug the other bottle of water - then follow up with a breakfast which includes juice or watery fruit like oranges, grapefruit or melon.

what i've found gets rid of a hangover is a glass of water before bed or if you can stomach it get a half pint of alcohol the next day, it'll have you feeling much better in no time.


or drink less Alchol is broken down in the body as sugar.Too much sugar can cause u to have a extreme headache as the first effects wear away,basically when u wake up after drinking.u need to learn ur drinking limit.
also,mixing ur dirnks(such as miking clear with brown)is not a smart thing which with ur headaches u have stomach cramps.
