How do you know when you have had a good nights sleep?

you feel good when you wake up instead of the usual dragging your body out of bed feeling!
because another day wake up very happy or sad hahaha lol
When you wake up, you don't mind too much.
you wake up happy and are ready to get otta bed rather than making yourself..
you wake up and the first feeling you feel is happiness
because you wake up and feel great. 7 or 8 hours is usually enough for an adult.
coz you dont wanna wake up and normally your have a nice sleep if you fall asleep and dont wake up till morning
A good night sleep.hmm. For me it will be when no one did wake me up during the 6 hours in a row ( kids, a phone call with "sorry, wrong number.", my husband with his challenging business ideas ext) and i don't want to kill the first person that i can see. When you are looking forward to the next day and don't count it as "another day" no matter what.
when your not tired and you have no hangover and cannot remember any of your dreams
cause you feel refreshed in the morning. i think 6-8 hrs is the reccommended amount for your health and well being
Hum, if it has been a good night's sleep, I awake refreshed and then roll over and grab another hour or two's shuteye. Nice!
