Depends how you are feeling. You could always stay of another week and answer questions on here. depends if you have seen a doctor? if you haven't then you need to. most employers require a release from the doctor if you have missed more than 2days of work..

Are you infectious? Could you give what you have to others? - If it is not going to get spread to others then by all means get back to work - get in the swing of things - quit feeling sorry for yourself - you will feel better if you are honestly working on getting better! Not if your dead.
