How can I fight dandruff?

Do you know any cure about dandruff,?

Dandruff is nasty and resistant,but is curable. There are many brands of shampoos,lotions etc which guarantee you 100% removal of the dandruff. Unfortunately,mast of them are just advertisement. I would propose you to try the new formula of Head and Shoulders with Actizink formula and ocean minerals.It's not expensive and works. I used alsoNizoral,which contains ketoconazole and fights activelly dandruff.if you find that ani-dandruff medical shampoo,you can try it.There are also natural solutions,like applying a masks with Olive oil,humma etc. Dandruff iften occurs when there is a Vitamin deficity ,so take regularly your Vitamins..and let me know if that now work,I'll propose you other..Good luck!!

use anti dandruff shampoo

With good old Head and Shoulders! Or Selsum Blue. You can't wear black without the blue. I use a shampoo called NIOXIN and it eliminated my dandruff.
You cant buy it in stores, you have to go to a hair salon.

Use shampoo containing ZPTO or better still one that contains Ketokonazole ingredient - one that is popular is "Nizoral" by Johnson and Johnson.

there are two types of dandruff
1)the scalp is dry and over productions of slough off skins
2)caused by fungus infections(not to be scared,it s happens and not life threatening.),psoriasis of the scalp(this one u might wan to worry )

if the case is the first one,just avoid the products tht over dry the scalp,hair drying,sprays,gels, n others
Put some conditioner after bath (stay on types)

if the case is the second one=fungus,try the head and shoulders products they contain ZPT that can cure the condition
but if it doesnt help and other spots appear in the knee joints,elbow,and other parts of body.it might probably be psoriasis.Consult dermatologist.

i don't think there is any cure for dandruff, sorry! DO NOT USE SHAMPOO
