Am always feeling tired.?
Question:
I sleep up to 8 hrs each day, and weekend probably 9hrs.
my diet is fairly good, i dont have much bread, pasta's etc as it makes me more tired, when i eat anything i feel tired, even when eating snacks, even if its healthy food/snack. when i have my good sleep, i wake with a dead body. me legs have no energy.
i do aerobics 2x weekly and walking everyday for 30 min a day.
work front of a computer 6hr, but i do have 10/15min break.
when i want to sleep i cant, and when moments come where i shouldnt sleep, am nodding of.
what should i do? am not keen on tea or coffee, only have it when my head has fallen on the desk!!
Answers:
Diet and exercise can usually fix this. Some people find it better to work out in the morning. Some at night. You need to play around with your diet and exercise routine to see what works better. You should try bumping up how much you exercise as well as the intensity level you do it at. If there is no improvement then you could have a medical problem you should seek help for. It could be something as simple as low blood sugar levels. You won't know for sure until you seek help.

Hello,Dear I have experienced quite the same and I know how disturbing and serious is,it afflicts all your life.i will try to give you the exact answer..You need change in your regime, add some supplements etc into your diet and think over taking some medications.Of course, you can visit a doctor,if you choose that,at least find a goof neurologyst. As to your healthy diet, eat more raw food, fruits, vegitables(extreme. useful those with leaves, like cabbage, letuce etc.).A real mirracle give the daily intake of fresh juices from carrots, sugar cane, celery. The best natural supplements that "boost" you both phisically and mentally are the Bee Pollen(2-4 teaspoonfuls a day before meals),Sesami oil,Olives, theu contain multiple vital ingredients..I think that you may suffer from a light to medium form of Chronical exhaustion,if so take (it's 100% harmless) ampules of arginine aspartate(such is Sagenor) and is for that condition..Don't push yourself too much!! Wish you good luck!

Maybe the exercise you are getting is not enough. Try walking in the evening about an hour before bed. Go see a doctor have him/her test your blood. Maybe you have an infection in there that's causing the tiredness or maybe he/she can tell you another obvious reason we non medical people cant see for the tiredness. For it sounds like you are doing everything right!
it may be something as simple as not drinking enough water. drinking loads of water makes me feel more awake. also try relaxation techniques
Are you sure your not pregnant?
Need to check with your local Health Care Professional and see what your problem is,it maybe nothing but it bet safe then sorry I do say depending on other symptoms.it could be diabetes
BLOOD PRESSURE OR DIABETES..GO TO A DOCTOR TO DO ESSENTIAL TESTS
MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO FOR SLEEP TEST.MY HUSBAND WAS ALWAYS TIRED AND HE WENT FOR THIS TEST AND FOUND OUT HE HAS SLEEP APNEA AND WAS NOT BREATHING WELL WHEN ASLEEP SO HE HAS A MACHINE THAT HELPS HIM BREATHE BETTER WHEN ASLEEP AND HE WAKES UP WELL RESTED.YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE BLOOD WORK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK THERE.
I am the same way and my sis told me to get geritol cause it is an iron supplement and its not just for older people. I am getting old(47) so I am gonna try it and see if it helps. well if you work go to bed a lot earlier like if u watch big brither then go straight to bed after that
do not drink caffiene! i think maybe you should try exerting your body a little more. you say you walk for 60 minutes - try walking for 45 or jogging. if you're not tired when you get home, you didn't work out enough! and maybe its a mental thing, trying being positive, but im leaning towards you don't really EXERCISE nearly enough. and carbs are only bad b/c they convert in to sugars so quickly, but maybe you need some more sugars as well.
Some kinds of medication can cause those symptoms or you could be stressed, but get yourself checked at the doctors anyway.
Hi, I would need to know your age and look at your teeth, if you are around 20 and still have your 4 last molars in place, any good naturist will advice you to have them removed. I have the same problem and I´m having mine removed. I would ask a doctor. it could be an iron deficiancy or something. but a doctor could tell you if it's something to worry about or if there is something in your lifestyle or diet to change.
u might need more iron?
