Is there a reason why I always feel like I have phlem in my throat?

I cough & it goes away, but it usually returns pretty quickly. I don't eat or drink much dairy. I don't know if there's another reason for this??

Well, I sometimes get the same problem, more so at certain times of the year, due to seasonal allergies, although I do not consider myself as "having allergies". I think that it is mainly caused from a postnasal drip and when I consulted my doctor, she advised drinking lots and lots of water to help clear this up. Anyway, it helped a bit to clear it up but there is really nothing much that I can do for the postnasal drip.

You might want to take Benadryl to see if the antihystamine will clear it up, it might just be allergies to dust or something else in your proximity. However, you probably should go to the doctor to be sure, or perhaps he could send you to a specialist to see if you are allergic to anything.

If you smoke or are around someone that smokes often, you might also have chronic bronchitis, I just caught a nasty case of acute bronchitis and BOY do I feel like what you're saying. =)

go to the doctor an he/she can give you antibiotics for you sinuses you may have a sinus infection.
