Diagnosis please! Bloating, fatigue and difficulty breathing.?

Question:
I am 24 years old and in excellent shape. I work out everyday, eat healthy and am very active. Lately I have felt so bloated that it is extremely uncomfortable. Nothing has changed in my diet or exercise. but eating just a small meal makes me so bloated that I feel like I can't breathe. I get really tired and have to take long deep breathes in order to breathe correctly. At some points, my heart feels like it's beating really hard and slow. Any suggestions, comments, ideas? Please help!

acid reflux? You know the commercials they have were just every thing looks like it might kill them. You could always see a doctor.
I would definitly see a doctor. It could be anything from female problems to ulcers to a congenital heart problem.
I would get medical help right away it could be your heart or something else you could have stomach problems or something way more worse.
Celine says she had this problem too and so I think she is right on, regardless, I would see a doctor immediately.
When it comes to the cardiovascular system, you don't want to take any chances, or waste any time. Get to the doctor now. Heart problems occur in young people more often than you may think. Even the most healthy lifestyle can't fix a hereditary problem. I recently spoke with a woman who had a heart attack in her thirties. She also was healthy and active, with no risk factors. If she had not gone to the doctor with her symptoms (which included tiredness and shortness of breath) she might not be here today. Please call your doctor.
