Hayfever and local honey?

Question:
Ok i have been told that taking local honey from your area will help your hayfever for obviuos reasons, but i do not know how much honey i should really be having a day?
i dont want to take too much as i detest it and i dont wat to take too little as it would be pointless!
many thanks

Answers:
I take 1 teaspoon a day in half a cup of hot water with two teaspoons of lemon juice and it works. Try and get Honey with extra pollen in!

Other Answers:
1 to 2 tablesppons a day should work.. dont forget you can mix it in stuff too.

Put a tablespoon a day on some toast, that should make it palatable. Or put it in tea. Honey is good for you in moderation, I love it. I suggest only a small amount like on toast or on a biscut should be enough. I have never hjeard that it may curb the affects of hayfiever though. Interestling enough.

God Bless

I would say two table spoons. I am not fond of honey either. I take one tablespoon a day of local honey, just a straight shot off the spoon(it is faster lol). It has worked very well for me. Took about 3 months to show results.

A tablespoonful will do. How can you hate honey?
