baked beans and a pain in the upper back?

is it possible ,if you eat a large can of baked beans to give you trapped wind resulting in a pain in the upper back .thanks in advance

Absolutely. I actually went to the ER because I had terrible pain in my back after eating. I had no idea that gas would do things like that but they do. If you take Gas X, it really helps.

you mean do beans really give you gas?? yeah, they do. and if you dont let it out, yeah. it can hurt.
