Ear problems?

Question:

I have been having ear aches for about a 1 year now in both ears. My ear aches last about 2 weeks, go away, and then come back about 2 weeks later. Should I go see a doctor? Sometimes I get really acute pains too, for no reason that I can think of.

You may have an ear infection or the pressure from the middle ear might not be equal. Go see a doctor, bc they have the instruments to help see your ears.

also check to see if you have TMJ a jaw disorder that can cause ear and jaw pain

I would go see an ENT doctor to make sure there aren't any problems with your ears. Having pain for over a year on/off isn't normal.
