if you have a sore foot where do you massage it in reflexology? is there a place on your head?
Question:
Answers:
Mildred Carter has some excellent books and charts about reflexology. If you have a soreness on the foot it may indicate an organ in your body being out of kilter, depends on where the sore spot is to locate what it is. Looking at my charts, I do not see a spot on the head for the foot.
Other Answers:
Reflexology primarily works with the feet, hands and ears. Each pressure point works on a different part of the body and are not interchangeable.
