Answers:
I think that would be considered discrimination. Talk to a lawyer.

Other Answers:
They cannot kick you out, but they can moderate your diet.

Yes they can. one word..lawyer

No it's not legal, I would ask them for a copy of their rules and if you don't see anything about weight in there ask for something in writing as to why they want you to leave.

It probably is, but you DO have rights, check with a lawyer.

Thats all BS..they should not judge you or fire you cause of your weight.Get a lawyer and take them to court. There just a bunch of a**holes! (4give my language) In America, your physical appearance and monetary worth is more than your goodness or humanity. It's not right and it's not very Christian. but it's the truth.

If you are obese, that will be held against you too. We are a very shallow society.

If you are so large they cant move you in bed or you cant help them move you....if you are a danger to the employee's because of your weight and they could get hurt moving you.... they can move you to a place that can take care of you in a more efficient way girl no they can not it must be because of some other reason and they dont wanna tell you or they might be jealous of the way you look of you.

No, they can't that discrimination, and it's illegal in every state in the US. I suggest you change nursing homes, because no-one deserves to be discriminated against, it only causes more problems. They aren't worth your patronage, and not worth putting up with.

That's jacked ^!! Girl if I were you I'd go to the mall n buy a new suit! because.. you're taking that dumbshit to court! that's not legal so don't just stand there and wait for it to pass by and be mad for a long time when you can do something about it! Take action and show some pride!! Hope you kick that a$$ of you're boss' wait. u won't just kick it you'll suuue it! Good luck cuz I know you'll win all ya gotta do is get out there and take control!

me!!

I work in a nursing home, and that is not heard of. Most nursing homes have a Dietitian on staff to help the residents with these issues. It is not ethical, and very prejudice to ask someone to leave over this. I would think that it is illegal. All the best to you, and God Bless NO THEY CANT KICK YOU OUT, GET A LAWYER.
