Arm Twitch?

Question: Hi, I was wondering, does any 1 get regular twitches in there are. The twitch lasts 5-10 sec and it sort of at the top of your arm, if so what is it and how can it be stopped?

Being you, and now knowing the problem, i'll tell you, you expirense your arm twitch when nervus, and also around large crowds, like at your prob your arm went crazy.

When I was younger I had twitches in my upper arm from drinking too much caffeine, so my mom wouldn't let me drink Mt. Dew. But now it is fine. Twitches can happen randomly, if you are concerned a doctor can check you out.

Probably just a muscle spasm. If you are really worried consult your doctor. Not sure if I could help, but sounds like circulation problems, best see doc, and ask him for a diagnosis, on the other hand I have experienced similar twitches in arm and sometimes a finger will do a little twitching but to be honest I don't pay too much attention to it, as I thought it was a normal occurance, but if you are worried then the doc is the one to tell.

Sometimes it can be the result of a trapped nerve in your arm.(I have had it a few times).. usually sorts itself out, but some gentle flexing of your arm can help.

I have found that using one of the neon powerball's have reduced my problems greatly (and no I'm not a salesman for Neon Powerball's..lol)
