Ankle/ heel pain?
Something by my Achilles popped while I was tiptoeing, and now there's a sharp pain on the inside of my foot. (1" below the ankle and 1" from the back of the foot -- right where the heel bone ends.) Any ideas what it could be and what I should do? Thanks for your help.

Achilles heel pain.you could have pulled something. Ibuprofen worked for me.
