My head has been hurting for a few weeks now. what could be the problem?

Go to the doctor. It could be sinus related (allergies season and all), could be migraines, or it could just be stress that you are holding onto in your neck. That could cause headache pain in the back of your head. Also if you have a pony tail that is too tight it can also cause this pain.
If you think it could be allergies, try Sudafed Sinus headache. It works really well for sinus headaches

It could be just one really stubborn migrane or it could be something more serious. If you've tried advil and tylenol already and it still hasn't work, you should see your doctor to see why it's still there.

Do you wear glasses? even if you don't it could mean you need your eyes examined.
Or it could be seasonal allergies - if you think thats possible try taking something like Benadryl allergy and sinus and see if it helps.
If the pain presists be sure to see your doctor.
