Coldness in hands or feet is usually caused by bad blood circulation.

poor circulation causes it, and no they havn't. Try getting up every 15-20 minutes and walking around. I find this usually helps

There is actually something you can buy for cold hands (apart from gloves). They are gel pads that you put in the microwave and then you can keep them in your pocket. Ask your pharmacist.

There are several possible reasons for cold hands, among them lack of energy or problems with your blood circulation. A heated mouse would be of no help to you.
You should instead see your doctor about this as soon as possible.
