You eventually develop some sort of mental illness
Acid stomach, high blood pressure. There is no end to it. Best to vent your feelings in a constructive way and try not to kill anybody.
repressed feelings have shown health issues such as high blood pressure, increase stress, and many other mental and physically draining stuff. best bet is to ask a friend if you can vent and just let it all out, scream, yell, b**** and just in the end talk to your friend when all that repressed anger is out of the way. you don't want the headache, trust me. work it out.you'll feel so much better later on, and you can laugh about it with your friends after =)
nothing good.eventually you'll let all of those feelings out and at the time you, it'll probably be about something that's not even relevant. Better to just let your friend know what your really feeling and if they don't accept it, sure they may disagree, but what kind of friend would end a friendship because you disagree about feelings.
At some point in time you will lose your temper and hurt someone that might be a Innocent person. You don't want to do that believe me I know what I'm talking about. Find a way to get rid of bottled up feelings. But don't hurt some.
Ya gotta get it out of your system somehow.buy a punching bag, write down what you're feeling, go to a local driving range & name every one of those little white balls & try to whack it the farthest (I hit the 500 yrd sign once!) or do my favorite- "The Primordal Scream" in the woods.

Bottling up feelings isn't good.that's what leads to high blood pressure & other nasty stuff.
