I am a CNA and I lifted someone heavy last night and I have this really bad pain around my waist today?

Question:
Does anyone know what this could be?

Answers:
1. Report it to your supervisor within 24 hours so it can be a worker's comp claim.
2. See the doctor that the employee health person recommends.
3. If its muscular, that can be treated
4. You may have torn the fascia in and around the waist that would be the precursor to a hernis.

At any rate report if it's on the job, ASAP
