i felt sleep last night with my contact lenses on, one got lost into my eye how can i take it out of my eye?
Question:
please help!
Answers:
are you sure it is still in your eye? if not, it probably fell out in your bed somewhere, and you'll never find it.
if its still in there, and you're sure its there, get someone to inspect your eye for you. if there's nobody around, then flush your eye out profusely with eye wash or water. let the water soak in the eye, and tilt your head down so the lens will fall towards the front of your eyeball. dont lie back, otherwise the lens will fall to the edges

You need to put saline in your eye, close your eyes, and roll your eyes around(basically, make yourself look in all 4 directions, with your eyes shut....The contact is in the upper outer part of the eye. use more saline and do it again if u don't get it the first time!
What type of lens are they?? Are you sure it's still in your eye and hasn't fallen out? Try leaning over, and blinking quickly. Sometimes if it is sitting at the top of your eyeball this will make it drop out. Otherwise, if your are sure it is still in there, go and see your optician.
Lean & blink.
