Is it normal to have average body temperature of 35.4 - 35.6 degree celsius?
Question:
Answers:
Yes, that is fine and within the normal range. Although the quoted average is 98.6 degrees F (37 degrees C), it can vary by several degrees higher or lower. Your temperature will vary depending on different factors, such as your metabolism and how fast or slow it is, time of day, if you've exercised recently, etc.
This also will depend on which method you have been using to take your temperature. Typically the most reliable temperature reading is either tympanic (your ear) or rectal. Rectal temp is more reliable because it is more invasive, and it is going to give you a higher reading of your temperature than an oral reading as it is closer to your body's core. Least accurate, and the one that will give you the lowest temperature reading, is axillary temp (underneath your armpit) as it is the least invasive. So another thing to consider is whether you have been using the same thermometer and the same method--tympanic, rectal, oral, or axillary--to obtain your temperature, and whether or not it has been the same time of day every day, etc.
So the bottom line is, generally you should not worry if you think your temperature is low, as what is regular for one person can be higher or lower than the average. If you still are concerned, though, you may want to consult with your doctor.

Body temperature varies with the person. We're not all 98.6 degrees fahrenheit/37 degrees celsius.
I rarely go about 36˚C. Even when I have fever, my temperature doesn't go very high. The range is nearer to 37 an above 38 is considered fever. That doesn't mean 36 is abnormal or something to worry about.
