Need to be active..Get out of idleness..Stay fit and enjoy life..get best of myself?


Question:
People say I'm very passive and I am. I sleep very late at night and sleep whole morning. I am not used to exercise and i am not practising fitness.
I want to be active and enjoy the life at its best.
I wanna be agile, alert and acitve but how?
Please help me....

Answers:
Boxing. A great full body workout, on par with running. You WILL become agile, alert, and active. Or you'll get punched.
Join a gym and get out of the house......exercising will give you more energy and you won't want to sleep as much. You could be depressed.
