Pain when sleeping?

I've just removed in with another guy whos a friend of a friend until my girlfriend gets a job so we can afford to move in together. Theres a slight problem tho. When i moved in, he explained that there was a chemical plant near by which produced toxins at night and stops you from sleeping. He gave me these pills to take which are brilliant. As soon as i take them im unconscious within about 2 minutes and sleep right through till morning. The toxins have no effect. However when ive woken up in the morning i have had excrutiating pain and blood coming from my anus. Ive assumed this could be to do with the chemicals from the chemical plant. My room mate and his boyfriend dont seem to have the same problem tho which is strange? They seem to be fine. Do you think i will have lasting damage or grow immune to it like they have? When i leave to move in with my girlfriend do you think these toxins will be flushed out my system and this will stop happening?

blood coming from your butt is never good. it could be the chemicals from the plant or it could be that pill your taking. you need to get the heck out of there; i don't care if you have to sleep in your car, so long as you're away from that area. you could have long-lasting serious effects from this, so do your body a favor and leave!

Wow.. if that is happening, that is a reaction to the toxins you are breathing in. That means they indeed do something to your body. That is so not healthy! Long term effects are even worse. You do not want to live in a place where you are constantly breathing in potentially dead chemicals. Taking a pill that makes you unconsious every night is not normal either. When you cannot sleep thats because your body is being attacked by toxins and you cant sleep because your body is trying to fight that. Your roommate is telling you this because I'm sure no one else wants to move in with him. Unless you want the long term effects of those crazy chemical toxins you need to get out of there ASAP. The fact that you are bleeding from your rectum could mean that the toxins are beginning to cause internal bleeding, which of course could be fatal. Seriously get the hell outta there.

You should definately see a doctor.and you're an idiot if you A) Believe you're going to grow immunity to it or B) Will just have it flushed out of your system. The chemicals stay with you and alter your cells. That's how cancer happens, go watch Erin Brocovich with Julia Roberts.

ahhh..i'd be wondering about the pills he gave you to take. you don't just take pills because someone tells you too. maybe you should see a doctor. does everyone in your area have this problem? i'd be checking in to it.

Are you serious? I mean, really serious? You should go to the doctor. Tell him what you wrote in here. Take the mystery pills with you. I think someone is pulling your leg. Will you take any pill given by your roommate. If you think he is doing for you to take sleep then first of all go to a physician. May be he can throw a light on the subject. Don't take unprescribed pills (Sleeping pills are dangerous).
