I have a question about goose bumps.?

Question:
Sometimes I get spotty goose bumps. I won't be cold, but sometimes on my legs and arms, I get goose bumps. What could be the cause of this? Also lately, I have been having involuntary nurve spasms on my left hand, and my feet. What could cause that? These are real questions and not jokes. If you can help, please let me hear your answers. Thanks....

Answers:
Dont worry about gettin goose bumps when you aren't cold. i have them on my arms(near my shoulder) im pretty sure its perfectly normal. im sorry but i cant answer the involuntary nurve spasms on ur left hand. hope u dont get to worried about your self.
Goose bumps happen when the tiny muscle around the hair follicle is activated from the corespondent nerve. Cold sensors on arm feel cold -> brain signals to move the muscle to erect the hair to fight the cold.

So, you nerve spasms better muscle spasms can be connected. Have you tried a multi vitamin??? Could be some kind of Magnesium deficiency, or Calcium. If you want to know for sure, get tested and take the appropriate one, or just try to cover it all and not overdose on something. It may takes some days to find relieve.
In answer to the involuntary nerve spasms, I sometimes get them too in my legs and feet. I think its because you keep you hand or feet still and not move them for awhile. Its nothing serious so don't worry.
