How often do you shower/bathe a day/week?

Question:

Every dermatologist would tell you "Don't overdo it." Too much washing can cause skin problems, such as dryness or skin irritations. So wash as little as you can while still feeling clean. And use soap sparingly.

daily this is a weird question? personal hygiene is important, and i wonder about this question

10 years ago, i went to london. i heard that people in those days, because of the freezing weather takes a bath only once a month. and the ladies would wear a locket filled with fresh meat, so that the insects would eat that instead of attacking the body of the person.

i only know this, that Filipinos (Philippines) do take a bath/ shower at least once a day. some even more. and this is true even if they move to cold weather places, and there's no hot water available. they cannot stand not having a shower, so they endure the coldness just to get clean!

i bathe or shower every day unless i straiten my hair then i still bathe just don't was it i shower every day.

Once a day, obviously 7 times a week or sometimes 8 or 9. It's not good for your skin to shower more than once a day. It will dry it out. Therefore, you need to put lotion on after every shower. It will hydrate and soften your skin. It's also not good to wash your hair every day. You strip the oils from your hair, and your hair becomes dry. Wash your hair every 3 or 4 days, so that it can get oily, and you won't be robbing it of oil. And if you want to keep your hair less frizzy, just use conditioner every other time that you wash it.
