Why does a person get run down?
Question:
Answers:
Lots of time, it does have to do with drinking, although I don't know about sugary drinks. Drinking does interfere with perception and reaction time, and after drinking, if one tries to cross the street, and oncoming vehicles are perceived to be moving slower than they actually are, then one can get run down. Enough levity, now onto the answer.
I don't think this is exactly what you mean, however. We are plagued with additional work that needs to get done, and we also have duties in our own home lives that need attention. In order to do all of these things, a great deal of stress is created. Usually, sleep would help, but with the increased demand for our time, this sleep is not usually as restful as it should be, nor as long as it should be. Most of us usually find ourselves waking up one or two times per night, and this will greatly interfere with the rest that is needed. You are right that an improper diet will add to this stress. Vitamin supplements will help, but a proper balance between home and work would be even better. My advice is to give home the benefit of the doubt whenever there is a question about where one should spend more time. Your family (and your body) will appreciate it.

there as many answers to this question as there are people in the world, everyone reacts differently to different stimuli, some are energized by extra work others get burnt out
It is usually a combination of bad karma, lack of energy, vitamins and minerals, wrong food and drink intake and bad attitudes. THOSE ARE CAUSES ALONG WITH LACK OF SLEEP,NOT ENOUGH EXERCISE,TOO MUCH PARTYING,ETC.
Your diet, not exercising, not enough sleep, stress, working long hours.
