Physical maturity is the state of development your body is, emotional maturity is the state of development your mind is. Example, you might have a person who is 15 years old but mentally is only funtioning at a 2 year old level.

Physical maturity would seem to be the body maturity level such as growth of bones, etc. Emotional maturity would be the level of mental maturity. ie. Someone 15 but acts like an adult or an adult that behaves like a child.

Physical maturity is basically the aging of your body. When a kid becomes fully phisically matured then they're an adult, or they're finished with peuberty. Emotional maturity is the "aging of your mind" I don't think there's a limit to how mature you can get in that field. But as you grow more mature, you'll be wiser, smarter, and you'll have a more sophisticated sense of humor.
