if a babys head is cold does that mean that she is cold?

Question: my babys head is alwys cold when she is asleep at night, does that mean that she is cold, or is her body warm.

When sleeping everyone has a slightly lower body temperature. With you being awake your body is warmer making her skin feel more cool.
