As long as you have a high school diploma you can go to school to be a CNA. But you are 16 and most places will not higher you for that work until you are 18. Due to the risks of this job. But that is in the US.

Like the previous poster said most places will not hire a 16 year old CNA but it is possible to become a CNA without a high school diploma. My sister did it. Of course this may vary from state to state.
