My food tastes saltier than normal what could this be?

could be dehydration
you body may be telling you you are thirsty
are you eating more processed foods or junk food
check the labels they have an incredible amount of sodium in them
do you have a cld or sinus infection that can change the taste of food
are you taking any new medications that may change the taste of foods
You put too much salt in it?
