how does your diet change after you get a dental implant?

Question: what kind of food can and can't you eat after you get implants in your teeth?

Answers:
you can still eat anything you want!
your diet doesnt have to change
if you are talking about eating right after your surgery..you will probably want to eat soft foods for a couple weeks
bananas
eggs
soup
etc
