Lots of water. Dehydration can be #1 when it comes to energy level. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep, eat high fiber and protein foods, less sugar and fat. The more you exercise, the better you feel too.
Eat healthy food and exercise. Take up cross-country skiing, backpacking, something that is going to break a sweat. It's amazing how you feel from the top of a mountain or high ridge. It takes self determination but if you do it the rewards are splendid.
do the bleep test hehe, i do it at my school and itz suppose 2 increase fitness nd energy levelz! I score very highly on it myself. But if u dont hav access 2 that a good nights sleep, healthy food, nd lotz of fun, active sportz wil do the trick. xxxx
A great high energy workout, such as Tae Bo, or a brisk walk of at least 30 minutes. If you need a quick boost, I get a Red Rooster Booster frozen drink from QT, it really helps in minutes. Change your diet to include vegies and fruit. Sometimes if you get too much sleep it can be just as exhausting then getting too little. Maybe keep a journal of your food intake, excercise and sleep, maybe you can see what is going on.
