My child is having dizzy spells aat least twice a week and each time he has this he vomitsand last 5 hrs?

I would have him checked by your pediatriian. Inner ear problems can cause dizziness and vomiting, that's one possibility.

If headaches accompany these symptoms you may want to get your child to a doc asap. Sounds like signs of Menningitis. Can be fatal if left untreated.
brain tumors do this as well. dont worry most are benign. get it checked.
