I would have him checked by your pediatriian. Inner ear problems can cause dizziness and vomiting, that's one possibility.

bring him to a doctor,pronto.. a neurologist is a must !

You really shouldn't be asking us this. You need to get an appt or take ur child to the ER. I would never leave my daughters life in the "hands" of the WorldWide Web!! Did a hospital visit ever occur to you?

If headaches accompany these symptoms you may want to get your child to a doc asap. Sounds like signs of Menningitis. Can be fatal if left untreated.

brain tumors do this as well. dont worry most are benign. get it checked.
