what can you recommend to remove stains from teeth caused by coffee and tea?

Question:

Answers:
There are tons of whitening options out now - you can pick some whitening products up at your local drugstore, like crest white strips. You could also opt to get a laser procedure or get a professional whitening kit - which of course would be quite pricey. If you aren't looking to spend too much money you can try baking soda and peroxide and brush your teeth with it, or just pick up some whitening strips which aren't expensive.

Peroxide and baking soda
OK. I know this is gonna sound totally gross, and it is but i drink a lot of coffee and tea and I was told to brush my teeth with a mixture of Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda! Don't swallow it! I know it sounds crazy but it did work after about two weeks i could see results!
